Precision detection. Exact location. Instant response.
Hochiki addressable fire alarm systems deliver pinpoint accuracy in fire detection, identifying the exact location of every device on the loop. Designed for commercial, industrial, and high-rise applications, these systems provide rapid response, reduced false alarms, and seamless integration with building management systems.

Unlike conventional systems, addressable fire alarm systems assign a unique address to every device — giving your control panel precise, real-time information about where an alarm or fault has occurred. This means faster decisions, faster evacuation, and faster response from emergency services.
Our team of certified fire protection engineers is ready to help you design the right Hochiki addressable system for your building.
Simple. Reliable. Cost-effective fire detection.
Hochiki conventional fire alarm systems offer a proven and cost-effective solution for small to medium-sized premises. Devices are grouped into zones, allowing the control panel to identify which area of a building has triggered an alarm — delivering dependable protection without complexity.
In a conventional system, detectors and call points are wired into zones. When a device activates, the panel indicates which zone has triggered — guiding your response team to the right area quickly. Simple to install, simple to maintain, and straightforward to expand.

Wide-area smoke detection for large open spaces.
Hochiki beam detectors are purpose-built for large open spaces where conventional point detectors are impractical or impossible to install. Using a projected infrared beam across the protected area, they detect smoke accumulation early — covering distances of up to 100 metres in a single span.
A beam detector projects an infrared beam from a transmitter to a reflector or receiver mounted on the opposite wall or structure. When smoke enters the beam path, it reduces the signal strength. The detector measures this reduction and triggers an alarm when it exceeds the preset threshold — providing early warning across vast unobstructed spaces.
Our engineers can assess your space and recommend the right beam detector configuration for complete coverage.
Dependable water supply for fire suppression systems.
EBITT fire pump sets are engineered to deliver reliable, high-pressure water supply to fire suppression systems at the critical moment. Available in electric, diesel, and jockey pump configurations, EBITT pump sets comply with NFPA 20 and EN 12845 standards — ensuring your system meets international fire protection requirements.

A fire pump set is the heart of any active suppression system. EBITT pump sets are factory-assembled, tested, and certified — combining the main pump, driver, controller, jockey pump, and all interconnecting pipework on a single baseframe for fast, straightforward installation on site.
Our team can size, supply, and commission the right EBITT pump set for your suppression system — from design stage to final handover.

Passive fire protection that saves lives and protects property.
A fire door is your building’s first line of passive defence — compartmentalising fire and smoke to protect escape routes, limit structural damage, and save lives. Our fire doors are independently tested and certified to withstand fire for 30, 60, or 120 minutes, meeting the requirements of local building codes and international fire safety standards.

A certified fire door is a complete assembly — the door leaf, frame, intumescent seals, door closer, and ironmongery all work together as a tested system. Installing a fire door incorrectly or with non-certified hardware can render it non-compliant. Our team ensures every fire door is supplied, installed, and certified as a complete, code-compliant assembly.
We supply and install compliant fire door assemblies for new build and refurbishment projects. Get in touch for specifications and pricing.
